I think swedish pizza is better than most pizzas sold in Rome (neapolitan style is an exception, bow to the kings). Swedish pizza is eaten with a marinated cabbage topping and pizza sauce, the vision of such a culinary travesty would kill an Italian on sight. Furthermore, Swedes sometimes roll up their pizzas slices to prevent the cabbage from spilling out. This type of salad is called Pizza salad. To make matters worst, Swedes sometimes refer to it as traditional Pizza salad. Yupp, traditional.
